FIFA World Cup 26
Venue Technology Manager, Boston
Adam took over Boston planning mid-build, rebuilt the plan to match what could actually be delivered, and ran a 23-person organization across IT, telecom, broadcast, and football technology through match-day operations. That meant getting FIFA, stadium ownership, the host committee, federal and state agencies, law enforcement and rights-holding broadcasters behind one plan.

Led technology integration for T-Mobile across PGA of America, MLB, SailGP and the Las Vegas Grand Prix, turning network investment into activations fans could see.

Produced mixed reality experiences with the NFL, NBA, NHL, NASCAR, and PGA Tour, from scope and budget through live delivery. For brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Chipotle, Gillette Razors.

NHL Player & Puck Tracking
Personally installed and ran the NHL’s first league-wide player and puck tracking system, live on national broadcasts with NBCSN and Sportsnet.
